Sort It Survey Terms & Conditions

Thanks for taking part in our survey and entering our competition. The survey and competition are hosted by the Central Economic Development Agency Ltd (CEDA) on SortExpo.co.nz. By completing the survey and entering the competition you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. The competition winner will be contacted as per item 8 below and the name of the winner will be published through both CEDA’s Facebook and email channels.

1. This survey competition offers a chance to WIN a $200 voucher for a Manawatū business (Prize) for people who complete the online survey hosted by CEDA on SortExpo.co.nz (Entrants).
2. The survey completion period commences 10 September 2020 and closes 30 September 2020 (Survey Period).
3. Entry into the competition will be via completion of the online survey form during the survey period.
4. This survey and competition is open to New Zealand residents only.

The winner will be drawn on 1 October 2020, with one winner being randomly selected.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and is not redeemable for cash.
The prize does not include travel to and from the Manawatū businesses or any other associated costs related to the receiving of the prize.
Entrants contact details (phone number and email address) will only be used for the purpose of this competition and for notifying them if they are a winner (unless otherwise specified).
The name of the winner will be published on CEDA’s Facebook and email channels.
Entry details will be dealt with in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and these Terms and Conditions. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct any personal information held by the CEDA in relation to this competition.
Feedback from the survey will be used by CEDA to help inform the Sort It Expo strategy for ongoing event planning and delivery.
By completing the survey, you are deemed to accept these and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
